Sprouts, Marmite™ & more...Sprouts and Marmite™ are two things you either love or loathe. Here's a mini round-up of this season's media & fashion things that really appeal or just get on our goat: Winter 06 Bouncy balls in San Francisco Everyone's talking about it, but the BRAVIA TV ad with thousands of brightly coloured balls rolling down a San Fran hill is ace, California here we come. Coronation Street The factory shenanigans, Emily Bishop meets her husband's murderer, Rosie & Craig's love story - so many story lines - so little time, an extra episode a week please - we can't get enough. M&S supermodels advert Still can't decide whether four famous models in a country house pretending to be friends on a weekend jolly is what we really want to see or if we should be glad that their services are helping to get M&S back on track. The instant hot choc advert You know the one, single woman arrives home and is faced with a choice of several instant hot chocolate drinks or a bevy of hunky boys to pamper her. She goes for the hot choc option, because the other is just a fantasy. If our only option after a hard day at the office was a packet drink, we'd rather live in the fantasy world thanks. Advert woman should be getting out more if she thinks putting the kettle on is living la dolce vita. The ad with some gormless teenagers They're all free to be what they want to be apparently, because using a certain spot cream has meant that they can stand in a huddle and sway from left to right at the director's whim to look like they are having a fabulous time. Get a cheaper looking ad why don't you, and the main girl still looks just as spotty in the 'after' shot. Read the latest or archive Sprouts, Marmite™ & more... »
